The first time I ran a hotel on my own.

Hired 6 weeks before opening. My first time dealing with outsourced F&B consultants - chaotic.

General Manager and Product Development Lead across three openings. 8 hotels by the time we sold for 12 × EBITDA.

COO for 9 years. Joined a prototype, left a hotel brand operating in Europe, the US and Asia.

COO. My biggest professional failure. I wasn't ready for the opportunity and it taught me more than any success I've had.
